Thrive Impact Sourcing solves the skills gap of our business partners by creating a pipeline of IT talent. Through a rigorous screening process, training bootcamp, and continuous mentoring, we connect our eager and well-equipped IT professionals with businesses within the Greater Cincinnati community.
Impact sourcing solves two problems: it fills the widening IT talent gap in our city, helping businesses source local talent (instead of offshoring IT jobs). It also creates high-quality IT career opportunities for an untapped talent pool in low-employment areas within the region. By matching existing business needs to trained IT talent, we are able to best serve our clients while simultaneously changing the socioeconomic trajectory of the underemployed in our community.
“Clients don’t work with us because we are doing something nice for the community. They work with us because we have a proven model for identifying promising talent, and are invested in training and mentoring this talent, while delivering quality services they expect.”
–Kelly Dolan, CEO, Thrive Impact Sourcing
Building Diverse Teams
We at Thrive Impact Sourcing take pride in our diverse business community. At a time when the IT industry struggles to attract diverse talent, our talent base reflects Cincinnati’s diversity. With a talent base that is nearly 50% female and more than 65% from underrepresented minority groups, Thrive is uniquely positioned to help our clients leverage their efforts towards a diversified workforce.
“Impact Sourcing is an inclusive employment practice through which companies intentionally connect high-potential, disadvantaged people to available jobs.”
By thriving in business, we are able to invest back into our employees and our local community. Thrive Impact Sourcing is proud to support community initiatives through company sponsorship. Additionally, each of our analysts is given Paid Volunteer Time Off (PVTO) to invest back into our local community, supporting the cause of their choice. Our analysts invest their volunteer time in diverse causes throughout the region, from animal rescue to health research to career advocacy in our Cincinnati Public School system.
