After pursuing a BBA in Computer Information Systems, Nadide started her technical career at Lexmark International, Inc. as a software technician where she gained experience in creating software test plans, performing audits, debugging and performing tests using Web Services.
After working at Lexmark for 3 years, she pursued a career in healthcare and went back to school to get her BS degree in Health Services Administration. While studying, she gained real-world experience doing internships at KentuckyOne Health, Baptist Health, and Johns Hopkins hospitals. Upon graduation, she started working in the Cabinet for Health and Family Services in Frankfort, KY, on their health information exchange project. Her experience there included working closely with the developers to assist with the resolution of system issues, data validation, documenting business and technical requirements, creation and execution of UAT test cases, test scripts, and determination of LOINC and SNOMED codes used in Electronic Laboratory Reporting.
Nadide is a recent transplant to Cincinnati after living in Lexington for 17 years. She loves to dance, travel, workout, cook, and spend time with her friends.
